CRITERIA FOR DESIGN STANDARDS​
The criteria for these Design Standards have evolved from the desire to create a visually integrated and contiguous community.  The Homeowner will be encouraged to implement sensitive and conservative land use practices by creating designs of the highest quality and making improvements that enhance the natural setting.  In order to maximize aesthetic benefits to the community and to protect property values, all proposed exterior home site improvements will be evaluated by the Design Review Committee using the criteria set forth in the Design Standards.  ​

SITE DESCRIPTION​
Willow Springs Estates sits atop a ridge north of Willow Springs and is separated by a large ravine with spectacular views of the mountains facing west.  It consists of Red Rock outcroppings, plentiful open space, and intense topography.  Each lot has it’s own unique view and land features.  Designs are encouraged to adapt and flow with the topography of the lot.  ​
